The aquagym classes aim to tone the body and improve the cardio and the proprioception (orientation of the body in the space).
The exercises are done mainly without equipment but can also be done with small equipment (fries, boards, boxing gloves, elastics …).
This course takes place in the small and large pools.
It is not necessarily necessary to know how to swim during sessions in the large pool, you will have a fries under the arms to keep you on the surface!
This course is intended for all audiences, even if you are not athletic.
Depending on the niche, classes are given in music.
The duration of a course is 45 minutes.
